Massage Therapy

Our massage services are designed with nervous system safety at the centre.
This is not rushed, high-stimulation bodywork. It is care that listens to your body, adapts to your needs, and respects your sensory boundaries.

We welcome people who:

• Live with chronic pain, fatigue, or stress
• Are neurodivergent and need sensory-aware care
• Want massage that feels calm, steady and consent-led

You are always in control. Pressure, communication and positioning are guided by you.

Rest & Restore Massage 

(90 minutes)

Deep rest for tired bodies and busy nervous systems

This extended session allows time for your body to settle, soften and feel safe.
There is no rush. We move at a pace that supports regulation and recovery.

This session may support:
• Chronic tension and pain
• Nervous system overload
• Burnout and exhaustion
• Difficulty relaxing or switching off
• Sensory overwhelm

The extra time allows for grounding at the beginning and gentle integration at the end, so you leave feeling supported rather than depleted.

This service is ideal if you need space to truly rest and restore.

Pause & Balance Massage 

(30 minutes)

A short reset when your capacity is limited

This session is designed for low-spoon days or when time and energy are tight.
It offers targeted, gentle support without overwhelming your system.

This may be helpful if you:
• Need relief without a long appointment
• Are managing fatigue or pain
• Want a sensory-aware reset
• Are new to massage and prefer shorter sessions

It is okay to start small. Care does not need to be intense to be effective.

Counselling

Our counselling service offers a calm, validating space to be heard without judgement or urgency.

This is not about fixing you.
It is about understanding what you have been through, how it has shaped you, and what support might look like now.

We work with people who:
• Feel dismissed or misunderstood in traditional healthcare
• Are neurodivergent or exploring their identity
• Live with chronic illness or long-term stress
• Are parents navigating complex emotional landscapes
• Want counselling that feels human and grounded

Sessions are paced, consent-led and responsive to your nervous system.

Counselling Session

(60 minutes)

Space to talk, process and make sense of things

This one-hour session allows time for meaningful conversation without rushing or pressure.
You set the focus. We listen, reflect and support you to explore what matters most.

Counselling may support:
• Emotional processing

• Identity and self-understanding
• Parenting stress
• Chronic illness impact
• Burnout and overwhelm

You do not need to have the right words. You do not need to know where to start.
We will meet you there.
